MAG FlexMill™ T-series linear track robot systems give cost efficient solution for larger scale parts processing. Our T-series´ excellent flexibility makes them best suitable systems e.g. for moulds and patterns as well as propeller manufacturing. Unique programming methods with efficient handling of various process tools enables to produce most demanding shapes.

    CutControl™

    Our CutControl™ software for MAG FlexMill™ robot systems presents the newest development for supporting parametrical programming. Software is designed to be used in production where variations between different products can be presented using parameters.

    Easy to use – no deep robot programming or 3D modeling knowledge needed!

    Our Pi-Path 2.0 is easy to use yet powerful tool for translating APT-files generated by CAD/CAM software to robot programs. Pi-Path converts automatically 3 or 5 axis CNC code into multi-axis robot program. The created robot program is then simulated and fine-tuned by the operator through user friendly interface.
    Note: We deliver the 3D model of your robot work cell together with Pi-Path.

    Required training is considerably less than in many other simulation/offline programming tools, lowering even further the total cost of investment.

    Pi-Path 2.0 main features:

    • CNC code import from standard APT files, or any other type of file using parser scripts
    • 3D visualization of path, work-piece, and robot work cell
    • Robot simulation with collision detection
    • Support for external axes, dynamic determination of suitable external axis values
    • Built-in methods and programmable scripts for adjusting robot’s drive path
    • Robot program output with generic robot program translators or using flexible script translator
    • Possible to control from external software by using API (Application Programming Interface), published as a Microsoft Automation Server object.

    RG - Vision based Robot Guidance

    Our RG software is a multipurpose machine vision system designed for robotic applications.

    Our in-house developed vision based Robot Guidance, as a basic solution, brings already significant benefits compared to other robot solutions. Stress-free handling and quick product changeovers are always available for the applications. Also the individual inspection of the products and related logging and statistic features are used to eliminate bad products from the line.

    RG supports up to four cameras and wide variety of different camera types, ranging from standard CCD cameras to high resolution and color cameras. When combined with our Visor3D system, image data can be acquired using the latest 3D imaging technology. This unique feature lifts the standard of robot vision systems to a new level. Robot Guidance software runs on Microsoft Windows® platform.

    Note: In addition to the standard features our RG supports also the customer specific programming. This means broad possibilities for customised intelligence and value-addition in the applications!

    TTM - Tool lifetime monitoring/management

    TTM

    Our TTM software provides fully integration of the tool life time monitoring and management based on actual needed products in storage. System collects tool usage information from robot system and communicates automatically with SMS (MAG Storage Management Software). Based on data about products to be produced and life time expectation of each tool operator is informed possible service needs.
    With help of TTM software unexpected production stops and lack of spare tool are able to avoid.
