Nonstop flow! MAG Cirb cells are designed for small batch manufacturing in high-volume production. The real-time velocity and position tracking combined with vision guidance enables a high capacity and nonstop flow in a very cost-efficient way.
Based on production needs you can choose suitable MAG Cirb cells from three different width: 500mm, 1000mm and 1500mm.
Flexible cell design enables easy integration with different component feeders. Besides wide range of MAG feeders the systems are compatible with standard feeder technologies.
By combining MAG Cirb assembly cell and MAG Visor3D quality inspection unit on the same high-speed production line you can be sure about fast and accurate placement with 100% quality checking!

Fully automated assembly line for electronics components
We at MAG strive to maximise the output from the production line. By optimising line capacity, high and steady quality can be produced in cost-efficient way. Our line control software and flexible manufacturing processes are altered in order to make many variations of electronics products in same line. Our solid process and software expertise makes it possible to integrate our robot cells and assembly lines smoothly into our customer’s ERP systems via in-house line control software. Assembly process is verified with a vision system to ensure faulty free end product.
Typical MAG assembly lines consists of individual robot assembly cells, material feeding systems, quality check stations, faulty separation units and screw driving stations. Flexible access enables easy integration with different types of component feeders behind the line. The system is suitable both for component insertion, part assembly and assembly verification.
