1st of September, the Board of Directors of Master Automation Group has appointed Hemmi Piirainen as President and CEO of Master Automation Group. Piirainen has a proven track record to lead MAG into designed growth and development. Piirainen has previously worked at Nokia Networks and later Nokia Siemens Networks in diverse management duties in Finland and abroad.
Teijo Fabritius is starting as Vice Chairman of the Board of Master Automation Group, starting 1st of September. Fabritius will focus on MAG’s future business opportunities.

MAG wins robotic manufacturing solution order from Finnish hunting and sporting rifle manufacturer SAKO. As part of Italic Beretta concern SAKO held international bidding competition in order to get solution to barrel manufacturing as well as assembly and testing of bolts. MAG was chosen as supplier because of “the most workable” system solution. Moreover, agreement was a result of long lasting co-operation with SAKO Oy since 1995.
