Acquisition from Proventia Group Oy
Posted in: MAG News and Press categories on 01 April, 2009The operative management and key persons of the Proventia Production Technologies Oy as well as Head Industrial Partner Oy acquired the production automation business in Finland and in Asia from Proventia Group Oy. Besides the Production Technologies businesses in Oulunsalo and Espoo, the sale includes also the production automation companies located in Beijing (with branch in Dongguan) and Hong Kong.
With strategic focus on industrial automation, the Company registered name of Master Automation Group Oy is taken back (after acquisition from Proventia Group Oy). Major re-organization of the MAG Group is completed and operations are arranged through competence area based BU’s that provides the automation solutions, products and services across customer industries.
