MAG acquires Bluelec Oy

Master Automation Group Oy (MAG) has acquired today Bluelec Oy share capital on today signed agreement. Bluelec acquisition strengthens MAG´s knowhow and competencies on its way to become a System Integrator for Electronics Industry. Bluelec is located in a heart of the Finnish telecom industry development and manufacturing Business Cluster in Salo.

Bluelec has served Electronics and Telecom Industries successfully over ten years. Bluelec is delivering certain key components for new products that MAG is currently developing. Bluelec will have a key role in developing and delivering content for a new test handling products that will be introduced on next year.

Teijo Fabritius says: “Bluelec will strengthen MAG test system capabilities remarkably and I am especially delighted about Bluelec capabilities regarding RF measurement technology. I am excited about possibilities that MAG and Bluelec can create together in future.”
